Refund policy

At Momnts By Mela, we truly hope your purchase brings you joy. However, if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to send your item(s) back for a refund as long as the conditions below are met.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@momntsbymela.com  within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and let us know you’d like to request a refund.

Once we hear from you, we’ll share instructions for completing your return. When sending your parcel back, please make sure your name and order number are included inside the package.

All returned products must arrive in the same condition they were delivered. Original packaging and any protective materials must still be intact. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations, Momnts By Mela reserves the right to decline the return.

All customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s). For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country must also be covered by the customer. Momnts By Mela is not liable for return parcels that are lost or undelivered, so we strongly recommend using a reliable, tracked shipping service to ensure your items reach us safely. Please note that all personalised, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at info@momntsbymela.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will gladly issue you with an exchange at our discretion.
